IT Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Install setup and configure Linux Server/Windows Operating System.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printer and scanners
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults (system manage & control).
  • Design, establish and maintain a network infrastructure for local and remote access.
  • Handle and resolve issues and set up systems thru face to face or over the phone assistance to staff and clients.
  • Oversee internet and computer operations.
  • Oversee proper documents and ASC No. for LED Billboard AD’s.
  • Ensure Web-Servers, Firewalls, LED Billboards and Internet Connection Manages the day-to-day operation of the information technology department including directing staff, networking, user services, telecommunications,
  • Uploading of AD’s on Scala and other information technology function.
  • Assist in manning and facilitation of DigiPARC studio equipment including but not limited to Philips Video Wall Set-up (Gallery), LED Video Wall, LED Floor Video Wall, Video Processor, Video Matrix Switcher, Basic Lights and Audio Configuration and Switching – Creativity Hall & Black Box
  • Analyze existing systems and operations and develop preventive maintenance strategies internally and externally.
  • Improve existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations.
  • Assist the team in creating training materials, manuals, design diagrams pertaining to internal systems and client requirements.
  • Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for internal and external systems.
  • Support the sales team during planning, design, development, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Identify client requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual clients and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Fill out and complete Field Service Reports listing detailed requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them and the specific dates and individuals involved.
