WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT
Job Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Load, unload, transport, and stack materials using a forklift in accordance with safety procedures.
- Store products and materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
- Assist in inventory monitoring, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and warehouse transactions.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of materials.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform routine forklift inspections and report any equipment defects or maintenance
requirements. - Follow all company policies, warehouse procedures, and occupational safety standards.
- Assist with other warehouse and audit staff related tasks as assigned.
- Certified forklift operator is an advantage.
Qualifications:
- At least a Senior High School graduate; vocational or college-level education is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience is preferred.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification is required.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy materials.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management procedures.
- Willing to be assigned to other warehouse locations as required by business operations.
